Contract data: Legal documents uploaded for analysis. By default, contracts are processed in-memory and are not stored unless explicitly saved by the user.
Usage data: Non-identifiable analytics about how the platform is used, e.g. features accessed, time spent.

2. How Your Data is Used

We use your data only to provide and improve our services. Specifically:

To deliver AI-powered contract analysis and summaries.
To personalize your dashboard and saved documents.
To send product updates, feature announcements, or billing communications.

3. Data Retention

We retain only what is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations. You can choose to delete contracts, export them, or opt out of saving them altogether.

4. AI & Training

We do not use your contracts to train any AI models. When third-party APIs like OpenAI are used, they are configured to not store or use the data for model training.

End-to-end TLS encryption during upload and analysis.
Optional AES-256 encryption at rest for saved documents.
All data access is logged, monitored, and audited.
Internal access is strictly limited to authorized team members.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell your data. We may work with trusted vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, payment gateways) who adhere to strict data protection agreements.

We use minimal cookies for session authentication and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some features may not function as expected.
